Scott Murray
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
R. Scott Murray is the chairman and chief executive officer of Stream Global Services, Inc. As a veteran executive in the business process outsourcing (BPO) services, networking and software industries for more than 20 years, Mr. Murray has led several notable, highly successful companies through periods of significant growth. His experience leading companies such as 3Com Corporation (a networking, VoIP and security technology company with substantial operations in China), Modus Media, Inc. (a global BPO provider of outsourced supply chain services across North America, Europe and Asia), Stream International, Inc. (a predecessor company to Stream that was owned primarily by Bain Capital, while Mr. Murray was president) and EVP and chief financial officer of The Learning Company (the world’s leading educational and productivity consumer software company sold to Mattel in 1999).
Mr. Murray founded Global BPO Services Corp (GBPO) in 2007 with a group of experienced technology executives and former CEOs. GBPO went public in October 2007 as a blank check company raising $250 million. Mr. Murray led the purchase of Stream that closed in July 2008. He raised $150 million from Ares Management LLC (an investment management firm that manages over $30 billion in investments) in August 2008 to fund a self-tender following the acquisition of Stream. Ares Management LLC is Stream's largest stockholder with approximately 75 percent ownership. Mr. Murray is the second largest Stream stockholder with more than 10 percent ownership (with the other founders collectively owning approximately 10 percent) and Brookside LLC (an affiliated company of Bain Capital) is the third largest stockholder with four percent ownership.

Sheila Flaherty
Chief Legal and Administrative Officer
As chief legal and administrative officer, Sheila Flaherty is responsible for Stream’s legal affairs and other administrative areas including human resources. Since 1996, Ms. Flaherty has served as either general counsel or associate general counsel at successful public and private corporations across a variety of industries, including medical technology, supply chain and hosting services and pharmaceuticals.
During her six-year tenure at Modus Media—a privately held business process outsourcer in the global supply chain and hosting services sector—Ms. Flaherty handled several international debt transactions, as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Robert Dechant
Executive Vice President Global Sales and Marketing
As executive vice president of global sales and marketing, Bob Dechant oversees strategic planning for Stream’s worldwide sales, marketing, and business development organizations. Over the course of his 20-year career, Mr. Dechant has held leadership positions at several notable companies, including 3Com, IBM and Modus Media International.
With this breadth of experience, Mr. Dechant has developed a keen sense of how to drive market and segment differentiation, revenue growth, and worldwide expansion; and applies this expertise in helping develop Stream’s business strategy and leading worldwide client initiatives.

Jeff Bishop
Senior Vice President Operations, Americas
Jeff Bishop holds responsibility for site operations in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean and Latin America. Mr. Bishop also oversees quality, training, operations and resource planning and project management.
His commitment to excellence, breadth of operational knowledge, and leadership skills provides a strong foundation for operational performance in the Americas.

Andrew J. Suchoff
Senior Vice President Global HR
Mr. Suchoff is responsible for the design and development of innovative human resource programs and initiatives to meet and exceed our employee needs. As head of our global human resource function, Mr. Suchoff is responsible for employee relations, succession planning and career development, benefits and compensation administration and human resource policy implementation.
As an experienced executive, Mr. Suchoff has led human resource divisions of several highly successful companies.

- Experience with leading companies including Serono International and The Gillette Company, including assignments in the United States, Europe and Asia
- Strong background in delivering consistent, high-quality human resource programs globally
Harry Jackson
Senior Vice President Operations, EMEA
Mr. Jackson is responsible for the management of Stream’s business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Prior to taking this leadership role, Mr. Jackson held executive positions at some of the world’s leading contact services companies both in EMEA and the Americas. He worked in Europe for five years as General Manager of a large multinational outsourcer and in the United States for three years as Senior VP Support Services. Mr. Jackson brings with him extensive experience in pan-European contact center solutions.
